Cannot link FitBit account to MyFitnessPal account

Hello everyone,

I have read many topics regarding this problem, but none has been useful so far.

I have been trying to connect my FitBit to my MyFitnessPal account, but every time I try it says that "another MyFitnessPal account is already connected to this FitBit".

Yes, I did go on my FitBit settings and clicked on revoke access. Several times.

I have a new MyFitnessPal account and I do not remember the Username to login in the old account.

Is there any solution?

Also, when I try to connect FitBit, from the MFP app on mobile, I receive this message: "There was a problem with your request. Sorry but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the issue".

This has been going on for about a week now.

Thank you.

@Aelis Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. It's pretty weird that your MFP account isn't disconnecting from your Fitbit account, I would like you to make sure you're logged into the new account and you've tried this procedure to link them.

If after this, you're still having issues, I would recommend to contact our MyFitnessPal directly.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately the same issue remains, I will follow your advice and contact MyFitnessPal.

I think the problem is more with their app rather than with FitBit.
