Hi,
I cant seem to connect my fitbit to my Vitality UK account. It will not register on my vitality account but seems to show as one of the apps on my Fitbit account.
Hope you can help

Hi @Matoke normally we would suggest removing access and then re-connecting. From fitbit's side, this is our only option.
The next step, if this fails, would be to contact the Third Party (Vitality).
I've also moved your post to the Third Party Board.
