Charge 2 Calorie Adjustments not syncing with MyFitnessPal

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

Before the recent update, I was using android and had my fitbit synced with MyFitnessPal (MFP). The calories would adjust whenever i synced my fitbit with the app - i am logging food in MFP and want to have the calorie goal in MFP adjust based on my daily activity - it's the reason i bought the fitbit, and it isn't working anymore.

Any ideas what's causing it to not sync and update calories? I have tried disconnecting and re-connecting the fitbit app in MFP, and i've checked my settings and checked off "enable negative adjusments" but still no luck.

Thanks

Halo @ChrisJHarr thanks for stopping by! Hope you're doing great. That's odd, if it was connecting before it should be working now. The troubleshooting step that you're told is correct, if your Fitbit Charge 2 is currently syncing you can try that step again, to make sure that they are disconnect try this steps and then relink them using the information in this post. It's best to use the computer instead of the App to do so. Also make sure that they are disconnected before to relink them by logging out and back in from the Accounts. Robot Very Happy

If that doesn't fix the issue it would be a good idea check with them since if Fitbit is updating the information it might be that is MFP the one that is having syncing issues.

Please keep me posted on the resolution. Woman Wink

Hi,

I followed the steps above. Sorry for the late reply. It seems to be syncing everything but the calorie adjustment. I'm hoping to get it to adjust my macronutrient goals based on activity again - doesn't seem to be doing that any longer.

Thanks!

Hope you're having a great day @ChrisJHarr! Thanks for replying. Some users have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both accounts, and this seems to help. In case that it isn't, it's possible for you to reply with a screenshot of the graph, that would be very helpful as well.

I'll be around! Woman Wink
