Charge 3 will not track to weight watchers app

I have weight watchers synced with my Fitbit but it will not sync steps. Steps remain zero.on WW. I have uninstalled both Fitbit and weight watchers but it still.does not track steps. Help!

I'm not sure what you are un-installing and re-installing. If it the apps that wont solve the problem

You can disconnect it the same way above and see it it helps as well

If it doesn't help then you need to get with WW. Fitbit allows it but the connection comes from WW and something could be wrong there

Hello @L2S according to weight watchers your Fit points will sync to weight watchers. 

I don't think weight watchers takes the steps from Fitbit, what syncs is up to weight watchers.
