Charge 4 exercises not syncing to MyFitnessPal

I have a My Fitness Pal (MFP) account which I’ve linked to my new Fitbit account. I just purchased a Charge 4 device.

I have been tracking my exercises with my Fitbit but I am not seeing them update in MFP.

 

If I log the exercise in MFP it shows up in my Fitbit exercises…so basically doubling up in my Fitbit account.

 

How do I get the Fitbit exercise to automatically transfer to MFP??

I've moved your post to the Third-Party Integrations board so you can receive more related responses. Thanks for sharing detailed information about this situation and let me recommend the following steps to integrate Fitbit with MyFitnessPal one more time:

  1. On the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Third Party Apps > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log into your Fitbit account when prompted.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect MyFitnessPal app from your Fitbit account.
  5. Then, reconnect both accounts with the instructions described here.
