Charge 4 not synching with strava

The main reason I bought the charge 4, delivered yesterday was to track my routes on strava, but it is not uploading anything.

Yes I have connected my accounts, yes I have un-connected my fitbit and strava accounts (twice), yes I have made sure  I registered a GPS workout, still to no avail. I asked chat, they asked me to unconnect the accounts again. still not working.

Have I wasted my money?

You say you used the GPS workout @goforitandy  Was this Outdoor Workout?

Only recorded Runs and Bike with GPS will be transferred.

Outdoor Workout is for non step events, like skateboarding, sailing, unicycling, etc
