Charge 4 not syncing with MyFitnessPal

Does any one know why my Charge 4 and my fitness pal are not syncing with my steps. The amount only appears on the Charge 4?  They are both updated.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.53 iOS and 3.53 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

In addition, you can revoke the access between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal and connect them once again. For instructions, please visit this article.
