I’ve had RENPHO scales for a few years and it immediately uploaded all my data to my Fitbit app. I upgraded to a new charge 5 in December ‘23 and in January ‘24 it stopped uploading data from the scales. Contacted Fitbit support who could not help. I can’t help feeling that this is Fitbit’s death by a thousand Google cuts.
