I bought a Charge 5 after using an earlier Fitbit for years to connect to my Weight Watchers app. Before active zone minutes, both activity and steps easily synced. With the new active zone mintutes, the only thing that syncs is steps. The apps connect and they sync, that is not the problem. The problem is after the introduction of active zone minutes, that information no longer syncs. No one has been able to tell me whether the new active zone minutes are actually able to sync and appear on the WW app as minutes of activity. Can anyone give me a straight answer? I've contacted both WW and Fitbit support, and I've troubleshooted every possible thing multiple times.

Looking at the WW documentation, WW says that only steps will be transferred.
