Anyone know why my charge 5 won’t sync with the weight watchers app?

The best we can recommend, from our side. 

Through the fitbit app revoke access to WW. 

Now through WW link the accounts. 

If this fails, since WW is the owner of this link, you will need to contact WW 

Manage Third Party Access

This link up should have nothing to do with you fitbit device model.
