Charge, Charge HR, and Surge on Walgreens

I just got my Fitbit Charge and tried to sync it to my Walgreens account.  Unfortunately, it looks like none of the recent releases are available to be sync'd.  Does any mod know when this looks to be available/working?

@PikaKnight is this where you went to sync the accounts: https://www.fitbit.com/apps/walgreens ?

I don't have a Walgreens account so I can help you out, sorry but I'll flag @EmilyEL @EmersonFitbit and @MatthewFitbit to see if they have any more information for you.

@SunsetRunner - Yes. It takes you to Walgreen's website and when you go to connect a device, no option for the Charge, Charge HR, or Surge is available.

I tried their live chat support and the agent I spoke with just simply told me that info wasn't available and to manually add in the activity.

What happens when you choose the Force? I don't know why it would be tracker specific.

@SunsetRunner - I'll give that a try. It allowed me to connect with Fitbit, but it's not updating anything so far.  I'll check again in a couple days.

I hadn't thought to do that because I thought that it'd be looking for that specific device in order to pull information, like how it was with different bodymedia devices.

To update on this after trying @SunsetRunner suggestion: No. Choosing a different device won't work.  It's pulling info based on that specific device only and not the account.  Which makes sense otherwise there'd be no need to pick a specific device to link to.

Hmm, this is odd. I had a One and switched to the HR a couple weeks ago. I'm still getting points. I wonder if you tried the Flex or One if that would work. I'm just guessing because those have not been discontinued like the Force.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

@lonerchick I tried it with the Flex and Force and it wouldn't pull any info from it.
