Charge HR 2 not syncing to MyFitnessPal

I have had two other versions of the Fitbit that connected just fine to MFP. They did the calorie adjustment exactly as I needed. Yet the past three days of having the Charge HR 2, it won't adjust and I can't find an option in either app to get it to work.

Hi, @Celinem96! Nothing changes in the connection with different trackers. Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the two apps from the Fitbit side?
