Charge HR & Virgin Health Miles

I've had my charge hr for about a week...Love it...BUT...I also am part of Virgin Pulse Healthmiles.  In the past 4 days, by data has not been crossing over.  All appropriate connections are made.  I've disconnected and reconnected the software...not sure what else to do...Anyone have in insight?

You need to ask over at Virgin Health. They use Fitbit's open API in their software. Each time you sync Fitbit sends the data to any connected 3rd party apps. What happens to it after that is up to them.
