Charge HR bit syncing with Atkins app

Though the Atkins app says my Charge HR is connected it does not sync. Anyone else using this app know how i can get it to sync?

Welcome to the Community @Vtfields! Currently, this app isn't listed as supported. However, you may want to contact them directly because Fitbit has an open API.
