Charge HR syncing with Mapmyride

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I access both Fitbit and Mapmyride via mobile app (Andriod) and website. The Mapmyride app and website says it is connected, and syncing, with Fitbit. But the information from Mapmyride isn't imported into Fitbit. When I cycle, I would like for my rides to be automatically integrated into Fitbit to sync the ride with the heart rate monitoring. I thought that's how both apps would work together.Suggestions?

@J63holland It's nice to see you around! Actually, Fitbit will sync distance and calories but MapMyRide data won't sync to Fitbit.

Hope this helps.

Sadly Fitbit doesn't allow 3rd parties to log activities with heart rate monitoring and/or GPS.

Aria, Fitbit MobileTrack on iOS. Previous: Flex, Force, Surge, Blaze

@bbarrera It's nice to see you around! Currently, that's not a feature yet. However, Fitbit is always working to improve website and trackers. Any idea that you may have, you can post it in our Ideas Board because those suggestions are viewed directly by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.

Hope I can continue seeing you around.

just wondering where fitbit is on using the charge hr tracker for cycling..cycling is a growing community and with dedicated bike paths in parks and major cities this seems like an important addition..or working with a third party app to allow syncing
