I recently joined Fitbit and set up a sync with MyFitnessPal. I use MFP for food tracking, and some exercise as I am primarily a cyclist (I use Cyclemeter and share those results with MFP which in turn then syncs that to Fitbit).
Here is what I cannot figure out: why do the exercises I am sending across from MFP clearly show on the Fitbit dashboard that "X" number of calories were burned (in this case, 493) BUT DO NOT register as burned calories of the "Calories Out" variety?
What is more, when I click through to any actual exercise I have synced across from MFP, it appears as if the graph shows "0 cals p/min" whilst the total shown to the left of the graph shows something like 11.7 cals p/min (or whatever).
Finally, why can't I edit any exercise synced across to mnaually add distance covered? I know that that info is being shared across from MFP...but Fitbit is not recording it so I need to add it manually...
Here are two screenshots highlighting what I am referring to:
and this one:
Appreciate any advice with all of this.
Thanks, Jon

Ha ha this topic can be closed - I figured it out! Even though I saw that Fitbit registered that I was in Australia, the timezone was still set to USA Pacific time. Now that I have set it correctly to Melbourne time, the strangeness has disappeared!
