Hi, I can't connect my fitbit to my fitness pal, though i have it downloaded and functionning, when i try to connect my fitness pal to fitbit tracker it says buy. Could you please help me? Thanks!

Hi there @Ritoux, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are getting a message to Buy when you try to connect your Fitbit to your MyFitnessPal.
This should not be happening so give it a try to the help article kindly shared by @SunsetRunner by revisiting the steps to connect your account. In addition you can use part of the following post for more help.

sorry for my late reply!
i can't get this working! I can see the fitbit tracker but the calories still 0! Worked for logging the food only for a while and after disconnecting connecting and syncing again can't seem to get it working!
here are some pics! Any solutions please?

Hi there @Ritoux, you don't need to say sorry, in that case is me the one who offer you an apology since I been absent from your thread.
I was reviewing the screenshots you kindly shared with me and I'm wondering if the same issue is reflecting on your web-Dashboard? If by reviewing your information online shows your information, then is either your Fitbit app or MFP the one that are not working properly. Perhaps doing a restart of the Fitbit app might resolve this issue. For more details please review this post (the scenario is different but the troubleshooting can be apply on this issue in case still persists)
Other alternative would be to contact MFP customer support to learn more if there is not an issue from their side. At the moment I don't have other reports of this integration is failing. Some other scenarios has been resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting the link between both apps.
