Which Fitbit devices can be connected to Spotify and does this work well or would you recommend a different step tracking device for connecting to Spotify?

Hello @Dirch and welcome to the community.  There is no current model that has any Spotify support.  Some older (discontinued) models have a Spotify Connect and Control app.  It lets you control Spotify playing from another source.  It never allowed stored music.

Some current models have YouTube Music controls.  Google owns YouTube, so that is no surprise at all.  I don't have any experience with any other brand.
