Connect Fitbit with MINDBODY Connect App

how to connect fitbit with 'MINDBODY CONNECT' APP. I received a notification that Mindbody connect can now have access to fitbit.

Going thru Mindbody connect app try to log onto fitbit on iphone5 and it won't let me.  I need help?

Welcome to the Forums @auntkez! I've found this in the "MINDBODY connect" help site that may help you with the inconvenience you're facing: 

• If some of your accounts successfully synced, but others did not, then you may have used an alternate email address when you registered with the businesses that aren’t syncing in MINDBODY Connect.
• It’s also possible that your name was misspelled when your accounts were created with the businesses. Not to point any fingers, but if there’s a chance that you misspelled your name when you registered for the app, then you might want to check your profile as well.
• If one of your accounts uses an email address that's different from the one you use in MINDBODY Connect, then resend the Activation Email and use the link inside to sync the missing accounts. Make sure you have the email and password that you use for the accounts you'd like to sync.

If after that you continue to have problems while connecting both accounts, please be sure to reach MINDBODY connect Support at: https://support.mindbodyonline.com/hc/en-us.

I have the same problem with iphone7. Emailadresses are the same... hope you can help me!
