Has anyone used the map my run all with the charge? I like the GPS route tracking feature and how it breams down my pace per mile, but I can't seem to get my workout from Fitbit to the app? Even though it says Fitbit connected on the map my run app...thanks!

Thank you for joining us @alio234! I'm glad to know you're taking advantage of the MapMyRun app.

Your workouts are not being shown on your MMR app because your Fitbit account share the distance and calories to your app. You can voice this idea by going to our Feature Request board and share it!

This morning I went on a walk/run. My map my run app recorded a distance of 4.5 miles while my Fitbit recorded 3.6 miles. I tend to believe the mmr because it has gps. However they should match. Can you explain?

@Kimrood A warm welcome to the Community! It's fine that you're getting different results because all Fitbit trackers calculate distance by multiplying your walking steps by your walking stride length. Similarly, you running steps are multiplied by your running stride length. We determine your stride length using the height and gender information you provide but to be more precise you can enter your walking and running stride lengths manually by doing this.

Hope this helps.
