Is there a solution to sync the charge with Runkeeper ?

There is some Fitbit "app" on the apps site but when selected it's not available (anymore)

Or is there something like a workaround to get the Hart rate from the Fitbit to Runkeeper (or strava)?

I would look at the runkeeper info post

When it comes to strava you must use GPS and sync the tracker before turning the tracking function off to have HR synced.

I dont know if the HR will sync to Runkeeper but the post i pointed to woll tell you.
