My employer allows us to sign up to Virgin Pulse, a program which allows us to register a fitness tracker, and earn rewards based on how many steps we take. It's a great program, but I'm having trouble. On the Virgin Pulse site, it lists several different trackers that can be used, one of which is fitbit. There is a place you can click to connect your fitbit, it asks you to sign into your fitbit account, and then it says you are connected. The problem is, my steps are not showing up on the Virgin Pulse site. All of my steps are eing recorded on the Fitbit Dashboard, but for some reason, it's not playing nice with the Virgin Pulse site. Can anyone out there shed some light on this issue?

You need to ask over at Virgin Pulse as they use the Fitbit open API with their own software. Every time you sync your data get pushed to any connected 3rd party app servers. What they do with that data and when is entirely up to them.
