Connecting credit card to Fitbit wallet on charge 5

I'm trying to connect my MAX credit card to my Fitbit wallet on charge 5 in the app. MAX credit cards are supported in my country according to Fitbit website.

It keeps on saying that my credit card isn't supported.

What can I do?
