Connecting my fitness pal

Says another my fitness pal account is connected, how do I find it or delete it to connect the one I want

@Dannybegley Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! I will gladly help you with your inquiry. You can revoke the access to your Fitbit app on the app settings area (you will need to use a web browser). Once you revoke the old MyFitnessPal account you can link your new MFP one.

Nope sorry tried this just does the same thing. I only have 1 account anyway

If MFP is not connected to the account your logged into, you will want to log into your MFP account then revoke access to fitbit.

It might take a few minutes for Fitbit to realize.

Then through MFP connect your Fitbit account, making sure you are logged into the correct Fitbit account.

In this case trying what @Rich_Laue mentioned is the best way to go about it.

 

Additionally, could you share the screenshot of what you see when you try to revoke access from your Fitbit account?

there is no Fitbit link shown in my MFP to delete.


I feel it is at the MFP end, but thanks for the help.
