Connecting to a cycling app

Hi guys  

I have an indoor cycling tacx with Bluetooth and can't get the Fitbit connecting to it so I can use the heart rate monitor while cycling on the app. 

The app is on the same phone the Fitbit is paired with so I'm confused why the app doesn't see it?

Im not sure what is being asked here.

Your tracker can only connect to the Fitbit app.

It might be possible for the app to connect to Fitbit APi.

The Fitbit app or tracker will not be able to connect to your cycle or the third party app.

Ah ok, I thought the cycling app would see my fitbit by blue tooth so I could use the heart rate monitor during use with the cycling app, thinking blue tooth would be visible on my fitbit.
