Will fit bit flex 2 upload a run and swim to strava automatically?

Hello @UB86, good to see you around. To answer you question about the integration with Strava, exercises with GPS data recorded with Fitbit will be sent to Strava along with your heart rate data will be included when it's available.

 

Those exercises recorded with Fitbit's app or devices that do not include GPS data are not currently sent shared to Strava.

 

So if you track your Run with GPS this should be shared with your Strava account but not the Swim activity. For more information please visit the following post.
