Couple questions re: MFP and sleep tracking

Hi! I've got a couple more questions about my new Fitbit Flex:

  1. After I ran this morning, MFP showed it twice, once from Runkeeper and once from Fitbit. I deleted one of them but how do I prevent this in the future? I'd like to track my runs with Runkeeper since I've been using it for years, but I want Fitbit to be "aware" of it.

  2. This is the 2nd time that Fitbit didn't track my sleep. The first time, I figured I must have forgotten to put it into sleep mode, but last night, I made sure I did but no such luck. 😞 This is one of the more important things I wanted the Fitbit for. Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong or how to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

Question 1: If Runkeeper syncs to MFP, MFP will sync the activity to Fitbit, so you shouldn't have to input it into Fitbit at all.

Question 2: Did you wake your tracker up in the morning or was it already out of sleep mode? Maybe if you're a restless sleeper, you're "untriggering" your tracker during the night? You can manually add sleep after the fact if you miss it somehow from within the app. It will give you the same data as if you set the tracker, you just have to know when you went to sleep and woke up.
