Hello,
Several coworkers have Cubii Pros that sync automatically with Fitbit (Via 3rd party/Cubii app).
This shows up as walking in fitbit and the step count is added automatically - which is awesome!
We recently started doing Daily Challenges against each other and noticed that the Cubii 'steps' are not being counted in the total. For instance, if one day I have 10,000 fitbit-generated steps, and 5,000 Cubii-generated steps, the Daily Challenge will only show the 10,000.
What can I do to fix this? Is anyone else having this issue?
Thanks!

Hello @Nothanks123 yes thirddparty entered steps will be treated as a manually added step and will not show in a Fitbit challenge. Only Fitbit recorded steps will show.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Nothanks123 @JUST2SHORT.
Thank you for the information provided.
At this time, only steps from your Fitbit device or MobileTrack count towards a challenge. That means manually logged activities and activities tracked through third-party apps aren't included in your challenge total.

I realize I'm way late in seeing your question and I've had the same. What I do with my Fitbit is I wear it on my ankle and it does count the steps. However, it does not count how long I've been "cycling" on my Cubii in minutes. So, I could cycle for an hour or two and Fitbit doesn't show that I've met my 30-minute daily goal of exercise. I still have to go out and take a walk or some other activity to "earn" my 30-minute daily goal.
FYI: I have a magnetic, metal, mesh band on my Fitbit that can be purchased on Amazon and it is long enough to wear on my ankle. Usually, there are two sizes to choose from.
