I have a fit bit flex. I currently use MFP and Strava. What I have been doing all along is logging in my food on MFP (because food data base is larger and more accurate I find) and log in runs or bike rides with Strava. Strava then communicates with MFP and then MFP with FitBit is has worked pretty well unitl I started noticing that my FitBIt would counts steps during my bike rides, I found the solution to be to enter a "driving period" to overlap exactly to the time I was riding this would decrease the number of steps to a more accurate number.
Now that FItBIt and strave offer direct integration I'm curios to see if this would eliminate the extra step count that I usually encounted when riding my bike and if so should I unlink Strava from MFP in order to avoid double couting calories?
Thank you

It's nice to see you around my friend, welcome @Giovanni13! I'd recommend taking a look at this article to meet more how Strava and Fitbit work together.
Also, I found this existing thread that I think would be really helpful. ![]()
