Hi,
I am beginning to get quite frustrated with my Fitbit. I have had the problem where my steps have been lost whilst using my phone after leaving my charge 2 at home, but now...
I am trying to sync my Fitbit data from the website account to my life insurance app, which seemed all so straight forward. However the data isn't coming through. My phone Fitbit app is showing over 12,000 steps and not transferring to my life Insurance app. I logged into Fitbit dashboard via the website and it has no data since 27th April and shows no device synced. Every time I try to add my device it directs me to the Phone app, which I already have and works. Argh! why is it so complicated, if anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Hello @LaraJo as for your insurance this should happen automatically if the two accounts are still connected.
Let's go to your apps permission at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps
You should see you insurance listed there.
Normally from this end the best you can try is to revoke permission then reconnect, you might need to wait 15 minutes.
The other thing to do is contact the insurance company and have them check to see what is going on.
