Yesterday I had my best Fitbit day ever. I would love to have shared it with my friends on Facebook, but even though I have set up my account for daily publishing to Facebook, no posts are ever made. I think it is because the email address listed in my Fitbit settings isn't my Facebook email. I don't have the option of changing it. Since Fitbit uses my Facebook account to log in, it must know which account is mine. Is there any way to fix it? I already tried disconnecting and reconncting my account, but it still has the wrong email address for Facebook.

@JodieKelley A warm welcome to the Community!
I appreciate that you disconnect and reconnect the accounts.
To change your email address in Fitbit, do the following:
1. Sign into your account with your current e-mail address and password.
2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of your Dashboard and select "Settings."
3. In the "Personal Info" section, click "change email" to the right of your email address.
Once, you changed your email address, please unlink and relink both accounts.
Let me know if that does the trick ![]()

@dstarrb Hey, allow me to help you!
Please confirm if you're doing this procedure to link both accounts:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on settings > Sharing
- Click on Publish my stats on the Facebook part
If you're getting any error or you're unable to click on it, provide me with more details and I'll be happy to assist you ![]()

Hi Silvia,
I have the same problem with posting to Facebook.
I don't see "publish to FB". What I did is:
----------------------------------------------------------
Share on Facebook
Fitbit can feed daily or weekly average activity to your Facebook account.
The Daily message will be:
"My fitbit #Fitstats for 10/29/2014: 11,765 steps and 9.8 km traveled. http://www.fitbit.com/user/2Y3FN6"
The Weekly message will be:
"My fitbit #Fitstats for last week: 17,762 steps. http://www.fitbit.com/user/2Y3FN6"
However, there is no post on FB.
Please, help.
Thanks,
Katya

@KaterinkaL Hey there! When do you link Fitbit and Facebook? while you're seeing the Applications that you have linked to Fitbit, you'll see that you have three options to post your stats, daily - weekly or never. If you have it on weekly and you just linked Fitbit and Facebook you won't see anything because you'll start seeing something once the week has been completed.

Mine isn't showing either and I did all of the above. There are 2 Donna Stouts and I think it's linked to the wrong one. There isn't anywhere that I see to change it.

@dover1225 Hey there! If you're not sure to which Donna Stouts your account is linked. I would like you to log into one account and see if Facebook is linked by going to your Dashboard > Click on settings > Aplications > there you'll see "Facebook" if that's the account that's linked just click on "Revoke Access".
After this link the accounts again making sure you're linking the correct accounts.
