I am linked to my fitness pal  sof ar today I have walked 12646 steps after an hour on the treadmill and its only 430 fb says Ive burned 1447 calories today ( seems low ) and that the 1200 calories Ive eaten puts me 178 calories over while my fitness pal gave me extra calories for the excersise and says I can eat another 200 calories.

MFP, gives you negative calories. so after you sync is sees what you have done and says you have X amount of calories left . I tend to ignore that and just stick with my original amount of planned caloric goal
