Difficulties to link Fitbit with MyFitnessPal

Hi, 

i want to sync my versa 3 to

an existing mfp account. Mfp is saying it is already linked to another fitbit ( which could be the case). Can't seem to find the device on mfp or fitbit. Any ideas please ?! Thanks

To resolve the issue with MyFitnessPal, please visit their site here, scroll down until you see the menu "Another account is already linked to this Fitbit" and follow the instructions.
