My digifit exercises are syncing with iOS app, they show up in the dashboard with time and calories. However, the Exercise page is blank. I can swipe to see the graphs, but the lower half of the app is blank. This was working till recently, not sure what's changed. I unlinked and relinked Digifit. Anything else to try before my next exercise?
Thanks,
Jascha

Okay, removing and reinstalling the app fixed the problem! All my prior exercises show up as expected, yay!
One thing that would be a nice enhancement is that if the third party app doesn't record steps, then have the fitbit recorded steps used. Right now, the exercise is reported as "+0 of x steps taken".
Anyway, glad this is fixed.
Thanks,
Jascha

@jascha A warm welcome to the Community! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done. Which app are you seeing that's in blank Fitbit or Digifit? Have you tried logging out of it and force quitting it?
Let me know how it goes.

@jascha Hmm, weird. No, if you uninstall the app you won't lose any data because everything will remain in your online Dashboard please try to uninstall it and let me know how it goes.
