Hi all,

So, if this is a stupid question I'll apologise in advance but...

I have just got the Charge HR and upon downloading the app realised that there's a food data base built in. So is this the same, better, worse than MFP? I've been using MFP for years but to have all my data in one place would be great.

It's personal preference. MFP's food database is much more encompassing than that of Fitbit's in my experience. I've been using Fitbit and my Force for over a year and have been logging foods strictly in MFP since almost the beginning.

Hi there, thanks for repsponding.

Yes I agree the MFP database is much more complete in comparison. Mainly for me as I'm in the UK and most of the database on FB is USA it seems.

I will carry on using MFP and combine the results. Thanks for your help @tastybrew
