Do we need to move to Google to get MFP syncing again?

My integration with MFP has worked fine for me up to the last few days.

I'm wondering if the fact that I haven't moved to Google is stopping it working?  I've been through all the posts, I've disconnected the apps and reconnected, I've checked that I'm running the latest app version of both apps and nothing!!

Has anyone who has moved to Google had issued with syncing?  If it works I'll happily transfer across.

I use Google and having same issue.

Just started a few days ago. Fitbit no longer reading data from myfitness pal. I've tried both heath connect, and direct connections. MFP is pulling data from Fitbit through health connect,  but Fitbit is not reading nutrition from MFP. It's all set up and same as you,  I did all the troubleshooting steps. It's getting very frustrating.

Agreed about the frustration.  I pay the premium for both thinking it would make a difference, obviously not.  People seem to have had this issue going back a couple of years, you think they’d have a solution at this point 🤷‍:female_sign:

I hope they sort it out soon, but I'm not confident.

If you have moved your Fitbit Account to a Google Login, you may have to reconnect your MFP.

I did not have to reconnect Strava.
