Does Fitbit Sense no longer sync with glucose meter?

I had my Fitbit sense stop working so I bought a Sense 2.  My original Sense connected to my One Touch Verio Reflect, however, I cannot seem to get it set up.  I have followed the help instructions, but the monitor doesn't show up there.  Please help if you
