I'm Bipolar and my therapist would like me to track my moods & sleep patterns. Since I have a fitbit one, tracking the sleep patterns is no problem but if I can get a mood tracking app that will speak with the fitbit, it will save me some data entry. Alternatively, is there a way to export my sleep pattern data in weekly chunks?
the graphs could be handy...

it would also be helpful if I could sync the sleep data to Lose It as well?

I don't know of a way to sync it like that. I'm Bipolar as well, and I use iMoodJournal to track my mood. I really like it's interface, and you can take a picture of yourself to see how your mood affects your face. I havent found anything that will sync mood data, right now it seems everything is revolving around physical health, and not yet mental health.

imoodjournal is the one I decided to use as well.
I'm a premium user on fitbit so I can export the data via a CSV to excel, but it would be nice if it could go to other apps. I have a feeling the API might not export sleep values because not all of the fitbit styles record it.
