For the last week, whether I'm wearing my ionic or not, Peloton rides are being pulled into Fitbit as both Peloton and Bike (double counting). Any tips on how to stop this? I can manually delete, but they are pulled into WW app automatically and I can't delete them from there. Again doesn't matter whether I'm wearing it or not and it is a new problem this week (week of 2/16/20).
Hello @hhburris these rides are not pulled into by Fitbit, but pushed to Fitbit by Peleton who is responsible for what they send.
Fitbit isn't suppose to detect an exercise bike, but I think I would confirm this by disabling the auto detect of bike. This event may not even be comfy from peleton.
See the following for instructions on auto detect.
Best AnswerI am having the same issue and it shouldn’t be Fitbit detecting a ride because I’ve been taking off my versa during the rides. I am in the same boat and can delete from Fitbit but can’t from WW is there any different solution to solving this?
Thank you so much! I didn't have Strava connected, but I took your advice and removed some of the other apps I no longer use and it worked! I really appreciate it, this was driving me crazy!
Best AnswerWith GPS enabled, you can track them in Fitbit and your runs will be sent to Strava.
Best AnswerBut I also have the double counting issue in Fitbit - my Peloton rides are being counted twice. Do I need to turn off the Peloton -> Strava integration? What I'd like is Peloton rides -> Fitbit, Strava. Fitbit outdoor rides -> Strava.
