Double logging if I use my Fitbit and RunKeeper?

I like to use RunKeeper when I run since it will tell me my pace and what not... Anyway, should I be wearing my FitBit One at the same time or will it log the activity twice.

I use MyFitnessPal as a hub so RK and FB are linked to MFP but RK and FB are not linked. One, because I read not to do that and two, I couldn't get them to link.

You can wear it when you use Run Keeper. Just let Runkeeper do the Logging and not Fitbit

Hey! How do I tell fitbit NOT to record the activity? So, I set out for a run, turn on mapmyrun and what do I do to fitbit to say.. "Hey - this next 5k.. don't count those steps?"

THANK YOU!

Any thoughts on how to disable fitbit from recording the steps?  I guess you could just leave it at home
