Dual Text Notifications Using Textra

Hi all,

 

I use Texta as my sms app on my One Plus One. The notifications of a new SMS come through pretty quickly on the Fitbit however they always come through twice (duplicated)

 

My Fitbit will vibrate twice for every text message. I will then check the device by selecting the sms icon in the top right hand corner and swiping left I can see the same message has been sent to the device twice.

 

Any one else having this issue? is there a setting I am missing?

I am having the same problem, I can't find any answers to this.Then I come across your post and no one has given any suggestions. You are not alone!

Glad I am not the only one. I have contacted the app developer and have been working with them but they seem pretty clueless and really had no idea what a fitbit surge was.
