Endomondo activities

I have an Endomondo account, I connected it to my fitbit account (from fitbit website). The only integration I've seen is my steps count everyday is automatically imported into Endomondo.

  1. I've seen on the forum some people saying their activities from Endomondo show up on fitbit. Is that true? I haven't seen that happen, am I doing something wrong?
  2. Can I log my workout in Endomondo, and have it automatically post it to fitbit and pick up the steps count? or am I asking for too much?

I believe if you log an activity such as cycling in Endmondo it should show up as a manual activity in your Fitbit account.

Interesting. I was connected via the Fitbit website and my steps never appeared in Endmondo. I just connected to my Fitbit account via the Endomondo website and now they are in sync. Seems for me at least I had to connect them on each website.

in Endomondo > Settings, my fitbit shows up as a connection. So I just tried to unlink, and connect (from Endomondo website this time). I'll test out later today and see if this fixes anything. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll report results later.
