Endomondo route is not showing, just distance & time

I've use Endomondo for a few years now, but just recently got the charge 2 Fitbit. When using the Fitbit for running I can only see distance and time. I have not been able to see my route on either the Fitbit or the Endomondo app. I'm really more concerned about seeing it on the Endomondo app.  I've made it a habit to compare my times for particular areas of my route. Any ideas?

Hi there @TracyRNJ, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response to your concern that your running exercise doesn't appear to be syncing with Endomondo.

I'm wondering if you are you tracking your exercise using GPS? If you do, Is it using the feature "Connected GPS" from your Charge 2 or MobileRun directly from your Fitbit app? That your exercise is not showing your map even if you are using any GPS feature, certainly is not an expected behavior.

For this, I would like to recommend this help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?

Now, with Endomondo it depends on how the integration works with your Fitbit app, as not all the data of your Dashboard will sync as it happen whit your tracker and your Fitbit app.

  • Workouts logged on Endomondo will be displayed on Fitbit
  • Steps, distance, and sleep will sync from Fitbit to Endomondo
  • Not compatible with the Aria scale
What syncs?
Fitbit > Steps > Endomondo
Fitbit > Distance > Endomondo
Fitbit > Sleep > Endomondo
Endomondo > Activities (workouts) > Fitbit

To learn more about this integration please refer to this post: Third Party Apps - Informational Post.

Just a heads up, I have relocated your post to our Third Party Integration board, since the topic align more with this forum.

See you later and hope this helps.
