I'm trying to connect my Fitbit to Virigin Pulse (for work) and every time I do I get "We could no pair your account. Detail HTTP 403 Forbidden." I go to Fitbit apps in settings and it is there but its not connected. I've revoked it and attempted to connect again and same thing happens. I've checked with other people and theirs Fitbits connected so I'm not sure why mine won't. Thanks!

HI there @MCAltaHR, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! This seem to be a wellness program, different from a third party integration. So in this scenario, I recommend to contact directly Virgin Pulse, for more help.
