Error when I try to disconnect Fitbit from Weight Watchers

I was having issues syncing my new fitbit with WW, so I revoked access in my fitbit account and then tried to disconnect my fitbit in my WW account, but am getting an error when I click disconnect.  "

[500] An error occurred during delete, review server logs."

Hi there @tdanze, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. avoid to disconnect your WW account from Fitbit. If you are having issues to sync we do not recommend to do this process unless is specify by someone from support.

 

Are you experiencing some sort of syncing issues with your Fitbit account? This will explain why your data is not going through between the integration.

 

If ypur tracker is syncing normally with yiour Dashboard and the Error still is happening, 

feel free to contact WW support directly. The reason of this is we do not have access to the data from WW.
