Hello there @Cp30, nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community! I saw you haven't received a response since you posted, so let me step in and my apologies for the late response.

There is a few thing that I would like to have more clear regarding the issue you are experiencing. First of all how it goes so far, is the issue still persisting?

Additionally is there any exercise in specific or what exercise you are doing with a TechnoGym equipment? Also I'm wondering what you mean with Fitbit told your wellness? Is this wellness the app from TechnoGym?

Keep in mind if you are doing an exercise that involve more physical workout that do no involved steps, the the accuracy will be affected, although I would like to know which exercise you are doing before jumping to conclusions.

Let me know these details, I'm sure we can find a solution.

Hi Roberto

I use treadmill, elliptical, weights and bike.
I know bike probably won't record as its static, but its usually only for
10 minutes toward the end of a session.
The wellness app is linked to the technogym equipment and the fitbit seems
to feed into this also myfitness pal . I find recorded moves plus calories
comsumed.
Fitbit links to my fitness pal and shows.steps exactly the same fitbit also
my personal details.
Typically my gym workout is 1800 moves according to the technogym equipment
but the wellness app shows considerably less, which is confusing as I
thought the technogym equipment recording would be used in mywellness. But
alongside the input it suggess that fitbit is importing the information and
recording it.
I hope all this makes some sense.

Overall I use fitbit as my main source for tracking and challenging myself,
but it would be great if the mywellness app showed consistant data.
