Hi everyone!
Yesterday i synced my fitbit flex with the fitnesspall app, and i have question for you all.
The Fitbit app counts all your steps and its calories burned during the day, right?
If i add at my fitness pall app an exercise that i did at the gym, let's say 45min indoor running, my fitness pall app will count all steps i did from the fitbit app plus the 45min indoor running.
If i add at my fitness pal my indoor running, won't i be counting twice those same steps?
Ps.: I am using my fitness pall to add all my daily food intake.
Regards,
Sergio

Hi, @sergiojrdf! If you add an activity through MFP, it will overwrite your Fitbit activity, so you won't double count the calories. I'll be honest, I'm not 100% sure if it adjusts your steps, too, but you're definitely okay doing it.
