FItbit excercies data not syncing with myfitnesspall

I have already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the apps, and also made sure that both apps and iPhones are on the latest version. However, after researching online, it appears that this issue has been going on for years, with some older posts dating back to 2017. I'm wondering if there is any solution to this problem, or if it will ever be resolved.

I’m having the same problem. The last day it has synched with MFP was Monday. It then deleted 2 days of data. 
Considering getting an Apple Watch as I’m not getting the features I want from the Fitbit.
