Fit For Good Challenge- Syncing other devices

hello community!

I was given a garmin vivosmart after trialing the fitbit charge HR. I have a fitbit account and tried to join the Fit for Good challenge to donate my steps towards a charity. However, since I have a Garmin and not a Fitbit, I am having issues trying to sync my actual steps to count towards this challenge.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can use to sync steps?  I have used FitDataSync, but this seems to only do "activities" that I actually time and not Steps. 

All suggestions are appreciated as I would really like to be part of this challenge.

Welcome @Jessica06. It's great to see you around. Thank you for your interest in participating in the FitForGood challenge. If you have one of the following mobile devices, you can use MobileTrack and your steps will count towards the challenge:

- iPhone 6 and 6 Plus
- iPhone 5s
- HTC One (M8)

Thank you @EdsonFitbit! If I use MobileTrack, do I need to keep my phone on me every time that I move?

MobileTrack uses a movement sensor on the phone to record your steps/distance so it is necessary bringing your phone with you every time that you move. You can find more information about how this great feature works here.
