Fit bit apparently reporting wrong time to Nutracheck

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This a really odd one - When my fitbit Charge HR reports steps to the third party website Nutracheck the time it reports is exactly 12 hours earlier than the time the report is actually made! I've checked  my fitbit, my fitbit  account and my Nutracheck account and they are all showing the correct time and are set to 24 hour clock as far as I can see. It occurrs to me that this incorrect sync time might be responsible for activity stats not being recieved by Nutracheck at all! - Nutracheck are dealing with that issue.

Any suggestions?

@stevekind you say Nutraceck is aware of the problem? I assume that is what you mean by Nutracheck is dealing with it, If so you might have to wait for them to iron out out.

If you haven't contacted them, and any to get something to to your app settings and remove the access to Nutracheck, then go to Nutracheck to repair the accounts.

I've moved your post to the third party apps

Thanks for the reply Rich - Nutracheck are aware of the problem of the non-reporting of activity stats - I am just speculating that the strange time error I am seeing is related to that. However - as you say, maybe  wait and see what Nutracheck Help reports - I'm awaiting an e-mail from them.
